Sapphire FUE vs DHI: which hair transplant fits you in Peshawar?

Sapphire FUE and DHI are both ways of moving your own hair follicles. Neither is automatically better. At Aesthetica Trio on Jamrud Road, the choice follows donor density, how low the hairline should sit, and how many grafts the day can safely include.

What is Sapphire FUE?

In FUE, follicles are taken one by one from the back and sides of the scalp. Sapphire FUE uses micro-sapphire blades to open the sites where those grafts will grow. The sites are small, which helps the hairline look soft rather than plugged. Most sessions at our Peshawar clinic run about 6–8 hours under local anaesthesia, and you go home the same day.

What is DHI?

DHI, direct hair implantation, loads the graft into an implanter pen and places it without a separate slit in that step. Surgeons use it when angle and direction need tight control, including parts of the hairline, beard, and eyebrows. It is still your own hair. It does not create new follicles.

When is FUT still mentioned?

FUT takes a strip from the donor area. It can supply a high graft count, and it leaves a linear scar. Aesthetica Trio reserves it for selected cases where FUE alone cannot reach the number you need. It is not the default plan.

What should you ask in consultation?

  • How many grafts are planned, and from where?
  • Why Sapphire FUE, DHI, or a mix?
  • What will the first 10 days look like?
  • When is the result expected to look mature? Usually 9–12 months.

A fee quoted before anyone sees your donor area is a guess. Read the hair transplant page or book a consultation at Uhad Tower.
